Housekeeping did not clean thoroughly, but the room was comfortable and nicely furnished.

The room size fell short of expectations, with uninvited fruit flies buzzing around. A cockroach made an appearance near the bathroom, indicating cleanliness issues. Additionally, the breakfast selection was limited, running out of several items on the second morning, and the back door security was questionable, always accessible without a key card. Bed linens and towels showed signs of previous use with stains, raising concerns about thorough cleaning standards.

The staff was incredibly accommodating, providing a free night for adjusting our reservation. The room was clean with crisp sheets, but the beds were a bit on the hard side for comfort.
